Direct mains connection helps eliminate the remaining power draw from old starters and ballasts, enabling fast start-up, lower maintenance and longer service life. No flicker effect (NO FLICK). Includes LED starter. Single-end connection, with printed marking. To optimize energy use, replace the old starter and remove the ballast from the previous fluorescent setup.
