1. Shipping scope

Domilux Trade SL ships to the following countries:

  • Spain
  • Germany
  • Netherlands
  • Belgium

For other destinations, the customer must check in advance by email.


2. Delivery times

The estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain: between 24 and 72 business hours
  • Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium): between 3 and 7 business days

These timeframes may be affected by causes beyond Domilux Trade SL’s control, such as logistical issues, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.


3. Order processing

  • Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and shown before the order is finalized.

Domilux Trade SL may offer free shipping promotions in certain cases.


5. Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number.


6. Delivery and issues

The customer must check the package condition at the time of delivery.

In the event of visible damage or errors in the order, this must be reported to Domilux Trade SL within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt, via the email provided.


Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable regulations in the European Union, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide justification.


2. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused
  • It must include its original packaging
  • It must include all accessories and components

Domilux Trade SL reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return procedure

The customer must request the return by sending an email to:
info@domiled.eu

Including:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) to be returned
  • Reason for the return

Once the request has been accepted, shipping instructions will be provided.


4. Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Exceptions:
    • Defective product
    • Shipping error

In these cases, Domilux Trade SL will cover the corresponding costs.


5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified:

  • The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • It will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase

6. Defective or incorrect products

If the received product is defective or does not match the order:

  • The customer must notify this within a maximum of 48 hours
  • Domilux Trade SL will cover the costs of collection, replacement, or refund

7. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom-made products or products manufactured to order
  • Products that have been handled, damaged, or used by the customer
